Over the past 3 years I have noticed a significant number of shipping issues to apartment complexes.
GPS tracking on the "delivered" scan can only suggest that the package made it to the facility, not to the correct box or the individual. I have spoken to numerous USPS employees and they recommend two courses of action to provide additional protection for those in apartment buildings....
1. Signature confirmation on the package. You would have to be present to sign for the package, ensuring it is delivered to YOU.
2. Your local USPS holds the package at the local facility for pick up. I will mark on the package, "HOLD FOR PICKUP" and you would be notified by your local USPS or via tracking that it is at your local facility.
