In 2015 I was a new grad nurse working in the Neuro ICU when our hospital implemented a scrub dress code, we had to wear navy blue scrubs. Nurses were looking for a way to show their personality and our badge reel was one way we could do that, so I created interchangeable reels and designs that could easily be changed!
