Our interchangeable badge reels let you switch designs in seconds. Simply choose a badge reel base, then collect and swap add-ons to match your mood, outfit, season, or specialty.
Do I need a badge reel before purchasing an add-on?
Yes. Plastic and hardboard add-ons attach to one of our interchangeable badge reel bases. If this is your first order, you'll need to purchase a compatible badge reel or lanyard.
What's the difference between plastic and hardboard add-ons?
Plastic add-ons are lightweight, durable, and easy to clean. Hardboard add-ons have a smooth, glossy finish with vibrant colors. Both are interchangeable and fit our compatible badge reel bases.
Will your add-ons fit badge reels from other companies?
Our add-ons are designed to work with Badge Beauties interchangeable badge reel bases. We cannot guarantee compatibility with products from other brands.
Can I buy just the badge reel?
Absolutely! Badge reels, lanyards, and add-ons are all sold separately so you can build the combination that's perfect for you.
How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders of $35 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Please review our Refund Policy for complete details. If your order arrives damaged or there's a problem with your purchase, contact us and we'll make it right.
Are your products waterproof?
Our products are made to withstand everyday use, but they should not be submerged in water or placed in the dishwasher.
Can I request a custom design?
At this time, we primarily offer our existing collection of designs. Keep an eye on our New Arrivals, as we're constantly adding new options.
How do I change my shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update your address.
